A key step in bringing the program back was an announcement from the City of DeLand that they would renovate the municipal stadium with the understanding that Stetson will fulfill a rental obligation as the primary tenant for the next 20 years.

Floor is woodlook vinyl throughout. (more expensive than carpet) Walls are beautifully designed wallpapered drywall. Windows are pull down easy clean. Most windows have wooden shades.
Ceiling fan in great room and master bedroom.
Front entrance has new large 12X40 ft deck. small deck at laundry room entrance and small deck at double sliding glass doors of dining room.
Fire place has never been used. Home has over 2100 square ft under roof. It is in a good community near homes starting in several hundred thousand dollars.
Home is in excellent condition and sits on 2.5 acres. It is total electric with great tasting artesean well water surrounded by woods on 3 sides.
Wildlife lovers paradise. Herds of deer walk through yard everyday. Rare birds like giant red-headed woodpeckers.
It is a couple blocks from Lake Hartwell and right next to Tugaloo State Park.
Park has several activities such as golf, tennis, putt putt,canoeing, fishing, wave runner rental, fishing tournaments weekly etc.
Four hours from Myrtle Beach, Five - six hours from Daytona Beach
About 40 minutes from mountains in Georgia or Carolinas. 7 miles from S.Carolina
Home is a 2006 but has been lived in for only 18 months.
Furniture is in good to excellent condition.
