Pentium d960 vs. Core 2 Duo E6700
I would expect the E6700/E7300 results to be relationally the same. They trade wins and are close sufficient that you'll either have to match exact application that you desire to perform superior than the others or as said above, match the cheapest. The E7300 will use a small less power and create a little less heat, so if they are the similar price, the E7300. Can't go wrong with either though more than the PD.
